Why does Sybil/Tom as a pairing or Branson as a character get so much hate? He did NOT bully Sybil into marriage. First of all, have you seen Lady Sybil? Nobody could bully her into doing anything. She has her own opinions and she isn't afraid to live according to them. That's the whole point of her character. She makes up her own mind.
Not so easily convinced? Fine. Let's talk about Branson, then. Sybil is not a woman that will succumb to bullying but it is just as important to understand that Branson is not a man that would in any circumstan
